Hot on the talons of his success, Weird Owl started his own restaurant chain in Onyx City. He wanted to create a place where people could come and enjoy good food and be entertained in the process, no matter what it took. Thus, Hooties was born -- a delightfully stupid and degrading environment for monster women.

Weird Owl hired various monster girls to work at Hooties, but none were more popular than the Hooties Blow Fish. This unique girl could pop out ironic country tunes with the sweet, bubbly popping only a fish girl could manage.

As soon as customers heard her perform, they couldn't get enough. Creatures would come to any Hooties she performed in just to hear her sing and watch her blow bubbles in her tank, and the Hooties Blow Fish quickly became the restaurant chain's star attraction.

She would even swim out of her tank to deliver it to the tables before heartily blowing each patron. Her loud, audible slurping always drew cheers and applause from the diners as she sucked out the seed thoroughly from each monster's balls.
