Hastily cobbled together from the wreckage of discarded computer parts by the dastardly Elron Muskrat, this virus-riddled machine, running on the ancient and unstable Windblows 95, has seized control of the Onyx City Treasury.

With Elron Muskrat under the servitude of Hey-Zeus and Trumpy Bird, their two cults now have unfettered access to vast sums of money, enabling them to expand their influence and power at an alarming pace while defunding anything that would remotely help the local populace.
